Where is the seminar held & where should I stay?
The seminar is held at The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center in Grapevine, TX. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes from DFW Airport. The physical address is: 1800 Highway 26 East, Grapevine, TX 76051. The number to call for reservations is: 817-481-8444. When making your reservations, make sure to mention Productive Dentist Academy to get our negotiated rate.
A block of Deluxe King rooms and Deluxe Double rooms with 2 queen beds are reserved for attendees. Rooms sell out quickly, so please make your reservations as soon as possible.

What meals are included?
There is a continental-style breakfast break served outside the meeting room daily. Lunch is included on Thursday and Friday. There is a cocktail reception on Thursday evening and a celebration dinner on Friday night.
Do I need to rent a car?
There’s no need to rent a car. The Hilton provides free shuttle service between the airport and conference center. All meals and activities are on-site. Should you decide to venture out, the shuttle is available to take you within a 5-mile radius.

Must I stay at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center?
You are not required to stay at Hilton. For your comfort and convenience, we recommend staying on site at the Hilton. Our days kick off at 8am. We have an onsight cocktail reception on Thursday and an onsight Graduation Dinner event on Friday night. Because of the distance to other properties, previous attendees have found it difficult to freshen up between class sessions ending at 5pm and cocktail receptions beginning at 5:30. What most doctors have found with the HIlton is that there are many relaxing, open areas to mastermind with their team. Keeping everyone close to the action pays dividends in terms of learning and time management. I'd recommend that you book with the Hilton quickly, as our room blocks tend to sell out. 817-481-8444.
Which airport should I fly into?
DFW (Dallas/Ft.Worth) is the best airport to fly into. The Hilton is only 10 minutes from the airport. Should you decide to fly into Love Field, it is about 30-40 minutes away. There is no shuttle service to Love Field.
What attractions are nearby?
The Hilton is located in Grapevine, TX which is approximately 15 miles from Ft. Worth and 15 miles from Dallas and about 10 miles from Arlington.
Grapevine is a unique community. It has old-town charm, casual and fine dining, and an enormous outlet mall!!! The world famous Gaylord Texan Hotel is also located there as well as The Great Wolf Lodge which houses an indoor water park. Ft. Worth has Billy Bob's Honky Tonk, Sundance Square, The Stockyards, shopping, live music, museums/cultural district and restaurants. You can take an old-fashioned train ride from downtown Grapevine to the Stockyards in Ft. Worth.
Dallas has J.R. Ewing - oh, sorry - that's was in the 80's. Visit the 6th Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Deep Ellum, The Galleria, North Park Mall (ladies, you won't believe this mall), museums, art galleries - you name it - Dallas has it. Attend a Mavericks basketball game or a Stars hockey game.
Arlington has Texas Rangers Baseball, Six Flags Amusement Park, Hurricane Harbor, shopping and restaurants, Louis Tussaud's Palace of Wax, and Ripley's Believe It or Not!
