Where is the seminar held and where should I stay?


The Productivity Workshop, Marketing Summit, and Driving the Bus -Business Course are all held in the same location: Dallas, TX.

The seminar is held at the newly renovated Marriott Solana. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the DFW Airport. The physical address is: 5 Village Circle, Westlake, TX. The number to call for reservations is: 817-430-5000. When making your reservations, make sure to mention Productive Dentist Academy to get our negotiated rate, which is about $100 less per night than their standard rate.
A block of King rooms and  Double rooms are reserved for attendees. Rooms sell out quickly, so please make your reservations as soon as possible.

What meals are included?


There is a continental-style breakfast break served outside the meeting room daily. Lunch is included on Thursday and Friday. There is a cocktail reception on Thursday evening and a celebration dinner on Friday night.

**Marketing Summit course is Friday / Saturday only. Continental breakfast and lunch are included. No evening meals or receptions are planned.

Do I need to rent a car?


There’s no need to rent a car. The Marriott provides a free shuttle service between the airport and conference center. All meals and activities are on-site. Should you decide to venture out, taxis are available.

Must I stay at the Marriott?


You are not required to stay at the Marriott. For your comfort and convenience, we recommend staying on site at the Marriott. Our days kick off at 8am. We have an on site cocktail reception on Thursday and an on site Graduation Dinner event on Friday night. Because of the distance to other properties, previous attendees have found it difficult to freshen up between class sessions ending at 5pm and cocktail receptions beginning immediately after. What most doctors have found with the Marriott is that there are many relaxing, open areas to mastermind with their team. Keeping everyone close to the action pays dividends in terms of learning and time management. I'd recommend that you book with the Marriott quickly, as our room blocks tend to sell out early. 817-430-5000.

Which airport should I fly into?


DFW (Dallas/Ft.Worth) is the best airport to fly into. The Marriott is only 15 minutes from the airport and there is a free shuttle to and from the airport. Should you decide to fly into Love Field, it is about 30-40 minutes away. There is no shuttle service to Love Field.

Should my team attend?


YES!!! – but only if you want to return with a highly motivated team, moving in the same direction, towards a common vision.  The program will re-charge, re-vitalize and re-focus your team for success.

Do I need to bring any instruments or supplies?


No, you do not need to bring anything.

Is there a limit to class size?


Yes, we limit the class size to ensure personal attention and to encourage questions and dialogue.

Do you need any information about my practice?


Yes, we ask you to complete a questionnaire and a spreadsheet. After registration, it will be e-mailed to you. We ask that you complete it and e-mail it back to us.

Can my spouse attend?


Your spouse is welcome to attend the seminar at the team rate. If they do not attend the seminar and just attend the functions, a nominal fee will be charged.

Is there free time?


There’s not much free time except for Thursday evening. The cocktail reception is over about 6:30 p.m. There are no activities scheduled for Thursday evening.

What should I wear?


Dress comfortably in “business casual” attire. The conference room gets very cold, so dress in layers! Saturday is more relaxed. Feel free to wear your travel attire to the seminar.

Some attendees like to change for dinner on Friday night. Men will often add a sport jacket, and ladies tend to glam up a bit. This is strictly up to you.

What are the hours of the seminar?


Thursday :  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
                     Cocktail reception from 5:00 p.m. – 
                     6:30 p.m
      Friday :  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
                     Dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m
Saturday :   8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m
