YOU'VE GOT TO READ IT TO BELEIVE IT

I said it in 2004, and I repeat it again...just registering for PDA makes you more productive! Ok, it's not quite that easy, but almost. Monthly productivity 2005 over 2004 increased $39,000; 2006 over 2005 another $16,000 per month. I've attended five times, brought the entire team (22 people) and will definitely make the treck again in 2007.

The Academy has re-energized me and my dentistry. I am coming home early having made almost twice the amount of money while doing the same quality dentistry.

It was a real eye opener on scheduling, goal setting, production. It makes you see that it is possible and you can tailor it to fit your practice. It gives you organization and systems which will create accountability.

The course tied management and clinical procedures together so that the dental office would become more profitable. I know we will increase our office production by $400,000 in the next year. Thanks a million.

I think it will definitely be easier to implement the plan since the entire staff attended.  It is sometimes difficult to get on the same level of excitement as the doctor when you were not actually there to experience the excitement.

Course was fantastic and worth the effort of traveling from New Zealand!

As of today, I'm 91 cents above the $1000 an hour mark and I'll finish the month right about there but that doesn't tell the whole story. My team is allowing me to do $115K this month (second highest ever).

How could you go wrong taking a seminar that guaranteed a $300/hr increase in production or your money back? Numerous ways to go home and instantly increase profitability. Great Course!

Regarding PDAcademy Coaching: I feel better about myself, my practice, and who I am each time I interact with Vicki, Bruce, or anyone at PDA. They helped me see that I was already "successful" and that I didn't have to change my style or philosophy in order to achieve my dream. They understand the picture I am trying to paint, and offer guidance and tips on how to achieve what I want. How do they compare to "traditional consulting companies"? ppsssst -- (laughter) NOTHING like the others. PDA coaches are not arrogant. You guys don't have egos which need to pontificate the virtues of "your program". You've taken the success I've already built and helped me to achieve even more! I've been productive for a long time, but the last three years have been really stressful in terms of my relationships with the team and the patients. NOW, I'm beginning to understand how to change that. Vicki and Bruce are role models for creating empowering relationships. You guys are teaching me how to "be" with my team, and in turn I am able to teach them how to "be" with each other and our patients.

WOW! This definitely was the best work related experience. PDA staff was of course awesome, but the addition of JoAn, Patti and Cris meant so much – they really got me excited to go back to work Monday!
